Oak doors require careful measuring, trimming and fitting, particularly when being installed into existing door frames. We can also fit suitable hinges, handles, latches and associated ironmongery to complete the installation.

Customers who have already purchased their doors are welcome to contact OJS for fitting. Where possible, photographs and door dimensions can be provided when requesting a quotation so we can establish whether the doors are suitable for the existing openings.

Door Frames, Linings & Alterations

Not every new door is a straightforward replacement.

OJS can undertake associated joinery where door frames or openings require alteration, including new door linings, architraves and timber adjustments where required.

This is particularly useful when replacing older doors, altering an existing opening or fitting a door that differs in size from the original.
